Default The "Donts" of photgraphy

Last week or so, Jim J posted something about a dont rule of phtography, it was something like diaganals shouldnt start from the corner or something, I've never hear that one but could you (Jim) or someone else explain.

To make this a good learning thing as well, what other "DONT"S" are you (ANYONE) aware of.

So don't do this:

Well not unless you want to copy Galen Rowell. [My links to Mr. Rowell didn't go to specific images like I intended, sorry. If you look through the galleries there will be many examples of diangonals in the corners.]

And unless you don't wan't to be mistaken for Henri Cartier-Bresson don't do this:
