Fred, the shape looks familiar but I haven't seen a top like that on the burners you see at old sawmill sites.

What's this?

Mike, I think this is a radial aircraft engine. Beyond that you've stumped the chimp.

You got it, Paul. It's the view between cylinder banks on a massive R-4360 radial engine.
