Trust me on this! Never swab a sensor on a low battery! Now I use the shake feature if I notice sky bunnys. Going to have to swab again someday but lesson learned the hard way

minolta x cameras

I have a couple of minolta x series. I have found I dont have a clue Confused-smiley I more or less started with digital and tend to blow thru film like its erasable. Angry-smiley

I use lightroom 3 & cs4 I dont want to update untill I get a newer computer. Since I started using lightroom I use photoshop only for major creative project images and lightroom for all basic edits.

No photo of a 4x4 should be taken on a driveway. Go find a nice diry trail and park it at the top of a hill hopefully with a nice wild backdrop.

What I learned in 09

1. Having all the time in the world to go out and shoot has actually made me go out and shoot less often. (I really need to work on this)

2. Never ever clean a sensor with a low battery!eek-smiley

It is best to us ac power when cleaning your sensor with a swab. Or at very least a fresh battery. Take it from one that mangled her shuttereek-smiley

I was thinking...if you can get your hands on old window blind rollers you can replace the material with whatever you get your hands on for material. then get the hangers and fasten them to a frame...
