When critiquing, personally I think it is better...

When critiquing, personally I think it is better to focus on what is working with an accolade and then point out something that could help the photographer (beginner or advanced) improve their shots....

I agree with you those are some amazing photographs. The images do give you a different, calmer, perception of the little creatures.
