solar eclipse



A solar eclipse of several years ago. Last year I got ready for 2 minutes of totality in that year's much acclaimed eclipse, but was wiped out by clouds. This shot lacks sharpness, perhaps due to a stack of filters used in place of a real solar filter.

I don't think that the sharpness is a problem. I don't think that the sun has to be sharp, and the clouds are full of colour. I think that the light in the clouds is a major attention grabber, and they look fine enough for me. I don't think that it would work as an 11x14, but on the web, I think that it is good enough.
