His little kingdom-New Orleans

Taken about two years ago while in New Orleans with my wife on a short holiday. Regardless of the time of day or night this homeless man was to be found just down the street from our hotel, on his own small piece of real estate, and very early one morning while I took my daily street photo walk, I grabbed this shot.

Very nicely framed photo, although moving a few inches to your right might have eliminated the distracting light reflected in the window. It seems slightly less sharp than most of your other photography. Maybe the lens does that at f.2,8.

Thanks Jim.
The light is a neon sign that is inside the building. I asked for comments on it's inclusion while at my Evaluation Group, and the consensus was that it added an element of interest to the shot, so while I'm ambivalent about it I left it in.
The sharpness? I sometimes found the lens to be soft from time to time, but again, my eyes were giving me trouble focusing so that also might have been the reason.

It takes away from a stronger element of interest. Perhaps if the photo was of something abstract with nothing to say, it would help. However, there is that element of human interest, and it takes a potent neon sign to compete with that.
