Looking at the bill it looks like some kind of hybridized rail...or perhaps a common moorhen hybrid.

Thank you for looking and your comments. From what I'm being told this is a Domestic Muscovy. So I guess it is feral.
I still think it is a cool looking duck and was fun taking images of anyway.
