Your lighting looks really nice here as does the placement of the watch in the frame. A couple suggestions to make this better: Not sure if possible but I'd prefer a deeper DOF for this type of product shot. If not possible it's not too big of a deal. More importantly, I think it would be better if you could reduce or eliminate the reflection in the glass of the watch.

Tame the reflections, and set the watch to 10:10 or 8:20. Better balance. Otherwise it looks real good.

To better work with the reflections and hot spots on the watch, use a polarizer. Also, you may want to touch up the scuff marks in PS to make the watch look new again.
