I love the framing that the oval glass makes Del, but I think the curtain just makes for a distraction, and the photo would be much stronger with it lifted out of the way.

Nice shot(!) and I echo STuG's advice.
Also, not sure when you shot this, but if just recently, I'd take a couple more... but remove the wind chimes.... and just wondering: Did you try backing up a bit, getting more of the 'oval' effect from the window's opening... and use a small/medium amount of fill flash? I'm assuming your neat old Victorian home probably has a really nice wooden door(?).
