Great shot. Maybe a bit too much sky but still very good.
When you shoot these multiple exposures, do you use a tripod? I ask because in these times of fear of terrorists; particularly, in the US Capital, you could get arrested. I know this because it happened to me. If you use a tripod, do you get a special permit from your government?
