Excellent tree, clif and all but what about the right part of a right tree. The composition then would be perfect. Val

i couldnt get the tree's rigth side in due to the position i was lying in. now if i had a wider lines maybe so but i have to work with waht i got.

i tried to get the tree to be pretty sharp but i guess i didnt, i was also battling the sun just to the left shining right on the rock and tree.

any tips would be great,lol.

Very nice image and conversion. I agree with Val about wishing all the right side branch were included, but I totally understand having to work with what you've got to work with--I find myself in that same position frequently when I'm out shooting. What technique did you use to convert this to B&W?
