Really lke the framing of the bridge. What Japanese Gardens is this?

This image was taken last fall--2006--at Nishinomiya Garden located in Manato Park on the South hill of Spokane Washington. There is an enriching story about how the park came to be and about the one who helped establish it if anyone has time to research Mr. Ed Tsutakawa.

Gorgeous color--I like how the bridge really pops against all the colorful vegetation. Excellent framing.
