That fellow has a wonderful face. I like the tight composition, DOF and detail you've captured in his face and costume. A couple of small suggestions: the modern book/binder he is holding is in stark contrast to his character--I'd suggest selectively desaturating it to make it less prominent. Same with the blue shirt behind his left shouder--just desaturate the color some so it blends in more with the background.
