I think this portrait is well done. The lighting is very even and essentially shadowless. the subject is sharp from front to back and for the most part, her pose is interesting. My only criticisms are these; First, I think that her head should have been tilted slightly higher toward the camera. As it is currently positioned, her nose appears to be very long and seems to almost "touch" her upper lip, which I find unflattering. Changing the angle of her head would eliminate this.
Second, there is a seam running diagonally behind her rising from left to right (likely where the floor and wall meet) that is distracting, and should be cloned out. Similarly her hands appear to be resting on a white floor tile, whose perimeter is also visable and should be eliminated.
Otherwise, a very nice high-key portrait.
