An interesting subject for B&W. The tones are a little flat (no true black or white in the image.) What photo image processing program do you use? In Photoshop a full range of tones can be easily achieved using Levels.
This is an interesting shot--I like these kinds of shots. A little fine tuning will really make this shine.
