Nice shots of the Eagles, Garrit. Don't you wish you had a scissor lift or something that could elevate you up to nest level? We have a heron rookery just down the road but those darn old growth cottonwoods are so tall the nests are too high and at such an oblique angle you can't get a good shot.

Fred - we can stand on a levee along the Mississippi and get a little higher, but with the added depth to the nest it is still hard to see the youngsters until they are a little older. - Thanks for looking!
