This is the inside of a tulip, should be 1:1 or pretty close to it. I have another that I'll post tomorrow that is a step back, probably close to 1:2 - you're more traditional tulip shot.
Sorry to flood the gallery with all these images this week, but my 20D has been in the shop 2 times (2 months total) out of the past 4 months so I feel like I'm playing catch up...however, the focus on my 20D is PERFECT now, or atleast close to it.

Nice colours on this one. Which lens are you using? I can't speak for others, but I don't think you have to appoloigze for posting your photos. After all, that's why we are all here. I have learned a lot from members' postings.
I'm using the canon 100mm macro. I'm still getting used to using it still since most of the time I've had it, my camera has been out of my hands being worked on for focus issues.
I just feel bad for hogging so much of the 24ish images they keep on the front page. Things have been so busy with me starting grad school, moving, getting married, and getting my camera fixed so I've just got so much to catch up on. Thanks for the comment
