How DO you manage to get the lighting/angle so there's NO shadows?? I can never quite hit it.

Hi BeeCee,
Not sure, really. Most of the time I'm looking for some shadow so that the lighting isn't flat and there is some dimension to the image.
Try your light at a 45 degree angle to the subject, just above eye level. And practice, practice, practice!
