For me, soft focus could work on occasion. I like this shot a little soft. Reminds me a little bit like Clarence White. I wouldn't mind to see a sharper version so I can compare the two. Oh, I would also make the height of the pixels 600 or below so it can fit in the browser.

theres a difference between soft focus and out of focus. soft focus is very nice, out of focus rarely is. sometimes you can make an out of focus subject work depending on the photo, but it doesn't work in this one.
