needs something else in there. a big plant in the foreground or boats or something.. its a nice exposure, but not very interesting. also try putting the horizon at the 1/3 line instead directly in the center.

I like the simplicity of this. That bright band of sunshine on the water is wonderful. Only thing I'd suggest would be to brighten the foreground a little--looks like there are some nice warm browns and greens in the grasses there--and would add to this lovely study in texture and light. It may just be my monitor, but the shot looks a bit noisy, too. Great timing--looks like a beautiful place.
