I like the tones and grainy look to this. It looks a little too soft for my taste and would suggest sharpening it some. I like how you composed this regarding where you've placed the frame edges on the right, left and bottom. I think it might be stronger, compositionally, if you cropped some off the top--maybe to just above his left ear. The dark background really sets off the lighter tones of the statue.
