The blue is caused by the white balance setting on your camera. What do you have it set to? I would try sun or daylight or what ever it's called. I shoot in Raw so I have my white balance set to AUTO. This way I can fine tune it (warmer/cooler) when I process the RAW file. You can also try getting rid of the blue cast in photoshop. I have photoshop elements so the tool may be in a different place but you can go to Enhance -> Adjust Color -> Remove Color Cast. Then you can click with the cursor on the snow (which should be white) until you find a pleasing color.

for cs play with color balance until its looks as good as you can get it. then use curves to get rid of more of the blue tint. pm me if you need more help with exact settings.
