This is a sweet portrait of a lovely girl. Love the sudle look she is giving you. Although I like the softness in this shot, was it intentional or was it a crop that makes it look soft?

Well, as intentional as..."Hey, sit here next to this window, sweetie..."
I am a natural light guy. And that's what I used...For this particular image, I did go back into the camera, and apply a warming filter to it via the retouch menu. The original was a bit cool. No crop, though......Thanks for looking!

I like the overall softness but would suggest selectively sharpening her eyes since eyes should, as a rule, always be in focus. I hope you don't mind, but to test my hunch, I did play around with this converting it to B&W and really liked it a lot!

I played around with the shot (minor color correction then converted to monochrome using PSCS3 Black & White converter, sharpened overall image then a little more sharpening to the eyes. Other minor fixes to correct problems encountered from working on small, low res file.) and came up with this. There would be more flexibility working with the original file especially if it was RAW. Image viewed here is a little darker than it appears in Photoshop due to Photochimps software.
