Playing with a new technique. (Well, new for me.)

Does this image work, or should it go to the recycle bin? Opinions please.

I love it! The colours jump off the screen and even though there is some blur to the subject, there is enough there to recognize and as such makes this a wonderful abstract.

I like it and am even more impressed when I saw that you did this as a hand held pan to get the effect. Not only does the image work but you did a really god job panning.
