I also prefer the B&W (yeah, big surprise there). The exposure and the clouds are great.
One thing I'd suggest is to see how you like it with much of the foreground grass cropped off. IMO, the strength lies in the mountain and the clouds and the foreground seems to drag it down.

Thanks everyone! I do agree, the foreground leaves something to be desired. I was out for a drive and happened upon this meadow with the mountain in the background - had to take a quick picture.

The crop recommendation is well advised. Thanks for the nice comments all.
