This is a Cliff on the Rim Trail at Conkle's Hollow Nature Preserve, Hocking Hills, Ohio. A very bright overcast and lots of haze so I couldn't include any sky.

Nice job on a hard subject to get right. Ok now how do you get your images so sharp. I think that is the best part of the pictures you post, just an outstanding job.

Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies, and establish Thy justice among men and nations. Amen."

Thanks bernabeu and Johndeere.

Johndeere, Photokit is about $100.00 but it is fast and easy to use and if you tinker with it you can have great control. Here is a site that talks about a manual photoshop action that works like Photokit

You may want to check out this thread at Pop Photo. It has comments on a lot of different sharpening programs.

Also the contrast is really what makes sharpeness noticable and this one has lots of contrast.
