Better yet. Sacrificing shadow detail for contrast in the clouds makes an entirely different and more dramatic photo. The color shift makes this contrast boost appear natural. For an exhibition print, consider cropping out the prominent snag at the left, cloning out the remaining cloud at the left, and flipping the photo so it reads more naturally from left to right. However, flipping photos for impact does destroy their value as a local historical documents.

Nice shot. I'll have to look at this on a better monitor later. That bright white cloud is fantastic and would like to see a tighter crop of that.
