They are both very pleasing images. To me it's a close call, with the color having a little more punch. A good monitor instead of this cheap 3-year-old HP might tip the scales the other way. B&W images usually require much more tweaking than color photos. That might make a difference here. A little more of that fine sky and a little less foreground might have been even better.
