Very pretty model; great expression. Fine flesh tones (hint, hint, Christopher Nichols!) Good use of background and dark sweater. Extending her fingers might make the hand more graceful. Turning her head more to her right until the far ear is hidden might be better, and covering the near ear with hair might also help. Ears or even hands can distract from such a lovely face. Experiment with less even lighting. It adds dimension to some poses, maybe even here. This lighting is pleasing with this model and pose, though.

little too much skin smoothing.. the 4 highlights in the eye are bothering me, its not natural. a hairlight would open up the shadows in the dark hair, maybe give you more definement between her head and the background, the line of where her head ends and the background begins looks fuzzy to me..
