Perfect exposure and lighting, fine background, and good composition. I'd either crop a little at the top, or at least, darken rather than lighten the top. Shallow DOF rarely contributes so much to the lyrical quality of some flowers as it does here. The prominent signature and frame are distracting. Such generic additions to a fine image rarely work well.
