This is another good portrait of a lovely young lady. Her eyes are smiling a bit even though her mouth is not so much. I like her skin tones.

The background looks 'worked' and using a layer mask to blur the b/g is a good idea; however, your "older work" is a bit rough around the edges.

I see the background is in focus not the girl. Maybe it's intentional...

it's a nice portrait of a pretty girl with the muted colors of old hand-tinting, but the background overwhelms the main subject.
