Saturday was a heavy cloud cover day with frequent light showers.....and not many tourists. It was also a great day for lighting and focusing on the smaller things.
At last light (9PM), I was at a west facing promontory looking for a possible slit of light and one-in-a-million sunset conditions when I spotted these ominous clouds swirling around the summit. I used a 0.9 GND (3 stop) to balance the clouds/snow with the dark, forested lower flanks of the mtn.

Great capture of the power of weather. The lenticular clouds are really ominous looking. Excellent composition.

That's some spectacular weather blowing across the mountain--I wouldn't want to be a climber at or near the top when that came through. The image has a blue/cyan color cast to it--unless the blue tones were intentional, of course. I like that you included the nearer peak--adds nice depth to the image.
