My God, what a face! Great shot, sharp detail and nice light. If I were the "tool around" with this shot I would dodge the eye to bring out some hi-lights and possibly tone down that beak a little.

The only thing I'd do is crop a little off the right to make him a little less centered. On my monitor, the beak looks fine - kinda light but still with detail.
