Todd,
I worked a lot on the tilt because I saw the same thing. If you notice the tree trunks on the right are straight. I think the building is sitting at a slight angle to the camera and this gives the appearence of a tilt. Maybe I'm wrong, but when the building looks straight, everything else is tilted.
