shoting in a place like that is quite a challenge. One has to deal with reflections, fingerprints on the glass and splatter on the inside the glass. And the lighting is not natural.

"shoting in a place like that is quite a challenge" - I think shooting in frogs natural habitat would be a greater challenge - knee deep in a stinky pool, with mosquitos flying above and all kinds unpleasant infusoria swimming below.
I like the reflections. it's like a double portait.

Considering the shooting conditions and the extreme range of light/tones, you did a really good job capturing this frog. I, too, like the reflection. The tight framing and dark background work well in this froggy 'portrait'. You've got some hot spots, but I can't think of anything you could have done to avoid them.
