The 3rd bridge (Galloping Gertie was the 1st), built over the last 5 years, was open today for walking and tomorrow for its 1st traffic. I don't know how many people, but its 6 lanes and 1 mile.....and was packed with people!!!!

Good capture. I like how the water appears nearly black--the patterns and textures in the water are interesting. The image is nearly monochromatic, but is punctuated with little splashes of color--cool. I like how you captured the officer looking up towards you. I doubt the small web size does this image justice.
