same place as last year note the light on the right side the dome. It burned out so bad I could not use the lower portion of this image.

Excellent capture. Would you mind sharing your technique?
I have the worst luck at capturing fireworks. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I shot f18 so I could expose longer and catch more burst and shot at iso 200 exposed for about 15 to 20 seconds. Last year I shot at iso 100 and pre shot the old courthouse and arch just at dusk and layered it on top the shots with burst because the arch and old courthouse was soooo dark. Must do corrections in PS and crank up the color some.

I have not figured out how to properly expose the explosion AND the burst of color?
