this was taken in a room lit with flourescent light above, i placed a black blanket behind her.

This might by my favorite of three by a slight margin. Good expression, good use of difficult light, good background. A darker blouse or T-shirt might work better in this set-up. A reflector or very weak fill-in flash would put a catch-light in the eyes.
