this is the best ir attempt by cs3 i've seen so far, but the sky is still too light to really be ir.. i'd crop off the top and right to get it off center, otherwise, nice work. like the lighting.

Sepia tones and ir conversion look terrific--love the effect (tones) of the conversion on the greenery and especially on the bus itself. Great find/subject, nicely captured and processed.
