Caught this at a family gathering earlier this year. Joel is staring daggers at Hannah and I think he is saying "Don't even think it!"
The little girl standing "innocently" outside the playhouse is my grandaugher, and I almost feel like the little boy is my nephew - his dad calls my dad "Pop!"
Did some PS work to lighten up the inside of the playhouse and highlight his face - in the original it was almost lost in the shadow.
(Uploaded this briefly a few minutes ago, but quickly deleted it because I realized I had not downsized it - sorry.)

I know that look. I hope they didn't start fighting after this shot. Maybe that only happens with the kids in my family. It looks like a difficult lighting situation. On my screen it looks like you did a good job on getting Joel's face just about right. Hannah's shirt looks blown out, but once again with monitors I could just be seeing it different.

Hannah's shirt is blown out - I was messing with PS and applied some glow and discovered I liked the fact that there was almost no detail in her shirt. You can see the glow on the background fence and her hair too. I also deliberately made it contrasty. The original color photo was soft and flat.
I really appreciate that you took a look, and took the time to comment.
Thank you.
