Great color, beautifully composed and exposure looks bang on! Wonderful image, Todd!! I really like your choice of shutter speed: enough to blur the water and still convey its speed/power--does a nice job of conveying the Spring freshet/runoff. A slower shutter speed would have caused a silkier appearance with a totally different feel than the one you captured and wouldn't have said 'Spring' as much to me.
