A contractor grinds part of a clinker cooler, the module immediately downstream from the cement kiln into which material at 2000 degrees F is immediately quenched with countercurrent air. Obviously, the unit is off line during an annual maintenance downtime. Work here is dusty, dirty, and dark.

Very well made image. I really like the tonal quality of the background. The cooler color sparks really accentuates the effect.
