Timing is everything.....and in this case only 2 of 4 targeted attributes were in sync: lenticular clouds, stacked over Mt. Rainier, sunset, daffodil field in bloom in the foreground.

Driving down I-5 just before dusk, I could see a nice formation of lenticulars formed near Rainier. I knew that daffodils were in bloom and hoped that one of 2 fields would be aligned such that the clouds would appear right over the mountain. Oops, they just finished harvesting it although their was a field behind the road (along w/ ankle deep clay mud and No Trespassing signs). Rapidly losing last light, I grabbed this series.

I'll work on getting 3 of 4 constantly and maybe 4 of 4 in the next years.

This looks pretty dang good. Good job being ready for this. It is not often we get these in our area and very rare for anyone to manage as good a photo as this. Well done!
