It is a bit dark. You could probably do some brightness correction using levels or curves. She is a pretty girl, with nice eyes.

Usually a light source further from the camera works better, but I like what it does here. Good cropping, good background.

I too like this type of lighting & she is a pretty little girl, maybe just a tadd of sparkle in her eyes would make perfect!
