Excellent shot. Just one nit to pick, a very minor one, and one that is really more personal preference than anything else.
If I were trying for a "film noir" look, I would have asked the model to remove the stud from above her lip. The pose, lighting, clothing, makeup are all spot on for a late '30's look yet the stud brings it back to today. At least for me.
That aside, an awesome shot.
